Rebook flights we originally have for Aug and Sep, to next April ... I am wanting to change a booking we have for August. Ideally looking at next April. A lot of flight options come up, but no matter which one I select they all come up as unavailable. However, if I do it as a new booking, the same flights show as available. Is this a website error? I would rather be able to rebook on line, rather than be in a queue on the telephone.
I received an email from Lufthansa yesterday (** May) offering this facility
Ensuring rebooking facility is working correctly
New. Assumed problem was related to pressures arising from Covid **
Contacted Lufthansa on Facebook, they were puzzled but couldn't help other than suggest contact Service Centre
