Booking reference: NUNFN4. Ticket number: [redacted][redacted]. I had reserved and paid for specific seats on my flights from Frankfurt to Tampa and Tampa to Frankfurt with Lufthansa. However, Lufthansa reassigned different seats to me which I did not want. I ended up making and paying for another seat reservation. I am seeking a refund of [redacted] DKK for the first seat reservation that was changed. On December 12th, I spoke with a Lufthansa representative who assured me that the refund would be processed within a few days. I have not yet received the refund and am unsure why the delay has occurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Hanne Inge Rothgardt.

Dear Customer Service, I want to report that during my recent travel from Hamburg to Quito with connections in Frankfurt and Toronto on December 20th, my baggage did not arrive with me in Quito. I was assured by Lufthansa in Frankfurt that my baggage would be automatically transferred to my connecting Air Canada flights, but unfortunately, it was not. I have filed a complaint upon my arrival in Quito and have not received any updates regarding the whereabouts of my baggage from either Air Canada or Lufthansa. I am kindly requesting assistance in locating my baggage with the following details provided for reference: Baggage-ID: [redacted] Ticket-Nr: [redacted][redacted] I am eagerly awaiting a response with positive news. Thank you, Nils Tremel

Dear Lufthansa Customer Service, I traveled from HAM to FRA on December 20th with Lufthansa and then took Air Canada from Frankfurt to Toronto to Quito. Regrettably, my baggage did not arrive in Quito; it appears that Air Canada has misplaced it. I promptly reported this to both airlines, hoping for a quick resolution. I would like to express my gratitude to your exceptional customer service team for swiftly contacting me and locating my bag within minutes, a task that Air Canada has not managed yet. They rightly directed me to Air Canada for the delivery. I am now seeking your assistance in locating my bag so I can guide Air Canada to retrieve it accurately, as I lack trust in their ability to do so independently. Here are the necessary details for your search: Baggage ID: [redacted] Ticket Number: [redacted][redacted] Thank you for your help, and Merry Christmas. Sincerely, Nils Tremel

I kindly request a refund of CA$[redacted] to my account for the two cancelled tickets. I have also rebooked tickets for the same destination on the same date. Booking Code: JAEN6I Passengers: 1. AZIMI/ALI AKBAR MR, Ticket number: [redacted][redacted]-47 2. FAGHIHI/ZOHREH MS, Ticket number: [redacted][redacted]-49 I look forward to resolving this matter promptly. Sincerely, Ali A. Azimi

Good evening, I am seeking information on adjusting the return flight to Cape Town, South Africa to an earlier date. My daughter, who is nearly 2 years old, has been unwell. I would like to return home sooner to seek medical attention from our doctor. Currently, our booking is scheduled for 3rd Jan departing at 16:40 from Brussels to Munich and to Cape Town at 19:00 (overnight). Could you please provide details on the feasibility of changing the return date and the associated costs? Best regards,

Good morning, I misplaced a small bag containing electronic equipment on my flight last Thursday evening in Munich. The flight was TOULOUSE to MUNICH at 18:30, and my family occupied all four seats in row 5. I accidentally left my electronic equipment in a small 15cm-long brown bag on the plane. Is there a lost and found service available where I can inquire about my lost items? Thank you, Patrick T.

Hello Lufthansa team, I recently received an email from your Service Team informing me to contact the Service Center to separate two tickets that my wife and I purchased together. I need to make changes to my ticket as I would like to return earlier than originally planned. The email mentioned a Feedback ID of [redacted]8, and I have been trying to locate the Service Center without success. Despite the team stating that a link to the Service Center was provided, I have been unable to find it. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer on this matter. Hello, I am reaching out about my booking. I have attempted to contact customer service by phone multiple times without success. I have found suitable flights for us on your website, but I am unable to book directly as I need to reserve seats for 10 people -- 2 teachers and 8 students, while the maximum allowed is 6 persons. Currently, I do not have all the students' names ready. Typically, for group bookings, names can be added later. The flights I am interested in are: Departing on 09/02/[redacted] from Riga at 6:25 to Madrid at 12:45 via Frankfurt. Return flight on 15/02/[redacted] from Madrid at 16:55 to Riga at 00:30 via Frankfurt. The prices displayed on your website are within our budget. Could you assist me with this? Please provide an invoice, as all travel expenses will be covered by the school. I look forward to your prompt response. Thank you, Iveta B. +[redacted]7

Good afternoon, Airline attention Lufthansa, I, Diana Carolina Ochoa, a Venezuelan national registered under passport number [redacted]97, am reaching out to inform you that on Dec 20, [redacted], I had planned to travel to Valencia, Spain with the following itinerary: Montevideo - Rio de Janeiro on flight LA8039 with Lufthansa operated by Latam Airlines Rio de Janeiro - Frankfurt on flight LH501 with Lufthansa Frankfurt - Valencia, Spain on flight LH1164 with Lufthansa operated by Sun Express Deutschland. While boarding the plane from Rio de Janeiro to Frankfurt, Mr. Andres Cruz, who identified himself as Lufthansa's Manager, denied me boarding without offering any alternative, even though I had already checked-in and met all the travel requirements to Spain. I, along with my 7-month-old daughter, suffered psychological, emotional, and physical distress. They caused me to lose irreplaceable time. I am requesting compensation as outlined in Regulation EC No. [redacted]/04 for lack of assistance, refund of unused ticket costs, and additional expenses. Looking forward to your prompt response. I recently received a call from one of your agents in Germany regarding charging my card for my flights. The issue is I already paid for my flights back in October [redacted]. The agent mentioned the charge was processed on 6/1/20. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier, the agent was not very helpful or understanding as English was not their first language. I previously encountered a similar language issue when contacted by another agent earlier this year. I requested email communication but only received three missed calls during work hours. The service provided by your English-speaking customer service representatives has been disappointing. As a result, I may only consider using Lufthansa or its affiliated airlines as a last resort. This experience has unfortunately affected my desire to revisit the country I intended to spend more time in.

Subject: Assistance Needed to Change Flights Hello, I contacted the call center yesterday to make changes to my existing booking. The original booking code is WNLIDM for a business class flight on 13 Jan [redacted] from Jeddah to Frankfurt and Munich, ending in Barcelona. I wanted to reschedule the flight to March, preferably on the 5th or 12th, with some flexibility on dates. Unfortunately, I was informed that Lufthansa no longer operates the Jeddah - Frankfurt route. I requested to book a flight out of Jeddah with another Star Alliance member like EGYPT AIR via Cairo to Barcelona or with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul to Barcelona. However, I was told that my ticket is only valid for Lufthansa flights, which I disagreed with due to circumstances beyond my control. I was also given unfeasible options like changing the departure airport to Riyadh for a hefty extra fee. I am seeking assistance to find an alternative flight out of Jeddah to Barcelona in the first or second week of March, preferably on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Please help me resolve this matter. Thank you, Stefan A. Senator Card: 2[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Mobile: +49 [redacted]

Dear Lufthansa team, I have always admired Lufthansa for its reputation of excellence and efficiency. However, during my recent trip to Frankfurt, my colleagues and I encountered some issues that I believe require your attention. Upon our departure from Frankfurt to New York, we checked in at the Lufthansa counter with our baggage, including tax-free items. I was unaware that tax-free items should not be in checked baggage and was not informed by the agent. Subsequently, I was unable to process the necessary documentation at the government counter. During the flight, our shopping bags with souvenirs were placed in the overhead bin. However, upon arrival at JFK, we realized the bags were missing. Despite contacting lost and found, the bags have not been located. Additionally, the German consulate in NYC was unable to assist with the tax documents for the items. I am disappointed by these experiences and believe they could have been prevented with better communication from Lufthansa. I hope for assistance in resolving these matters.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Maryam Uwani Sulaiman, a current undergraduate student at the University of Jos in Plateau State, Nigeria. I am seeking sponsorship for my attendance at the Clinton Global Initiative University [redacted] in Edinburgh, Scotland. In [redacted], I established a book club for schoolgirls in my community due to the lack of reading and writing skills among young girls in the north-central area of Nigeria. The club has since made a positive impact in local secondary schools. I have been selected to participate in the Clinton Global Initiative University annual event at the University of Edinburgh from April 17th to April 19th, [redacted], for my work in supporting literacy among children. While the Clinton Global Initiative University focuses on empowering young leaders, my invitation did not include funding for travel expenses. I am reaching out to request support from your organization to help me seize this unique opportunity and continue making a difference in my community. I await your response. Warm regards, Maryam Uwani Sulaiman

On Friday, August 17, [redacted], my partner, our daughter, and I had a round-trip flight booked from Krakow to Frankfurt for business reasons, with the return flight scheduled for Sunday. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled, forcing us to conduct the business meeting online. We made two unsuccessful attempts to depart for Frankfurt and had to stay overnight in Krakow due to the lateness of the night and our exhaustion. This was the first time in many trips that I experienced such a disappointment. While I cannot fault Lufthansa for the situation, the airport personnel could have been more informed. I have requested a full refund by phone, but I have yet to receive any notification via email. I hope for a quick resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Prof. Gaglione.

During our recent trip from Dallas, Texas, USA to Chennai, India with Lufthansa airlines, my husband, daughter, and I encountered several issues with our checked baggage. Upon arrival in Chennai, one of our five checked bags was missing, and four others had broken TSA locks with items missing. When reporting the incident to the Lufthansa travel desk, the staff took over 1.5 hours to assist, attributing the mix-up to a potential luggage swap during transit from Frankfurt. The missing bag contained valuable items like silk sarees, chocolates, body lotion, and more, causing significant stress and inconvenience, especially as we are attending a wedding. I am disappointed with the airline's response and now seek Lufthansa's accountability for the damaged locks and missing belongings. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated during this challenging time.
