Hello, I would like to report a delay in receiving my luggage from the flight LH0471 on Oct. 20, traveling from Toronto to Frankfurt with a connecting flight LH0180 to Berlin. Upon arrival in Berlin, I reported the missing luggage, and the file reference number is: TXLLH96272/21oct/19/1406GMT (luggage tag: LH [redacted]). I attempted to file a claim on your website but encountered issues with flight numbers and baggage ID formats. The site requires a 10-digit number, which I do not have. If needed, I can provide photos of my tickets, the lost luggage report, and the baggage ID tag. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience as I was without my luggage for three days, prompting additional purchases of clothing and toiletries. Best regards, Vera Z. Dear all, I am writing on behalf of my family, including Alyaa M., Mohamed A., and Hamza A., regarding our recent travel experience. We had applied for a German Visa and received it for a trip scheduled between November 7th to November 27th. Unfortunately, our flight, LH1305 on November 7th, was canceled, causing us great distress. Despite this, we did not receive any communication or apology. Regrettably, the cancellation has deeply affected my family, with my children still upset and unwilling to leave our location. The emotional toll has been significant, as we had to cancel our respective work and school commitments. Hello, I'm looking to book a flight from Oslo to Turin on February 2nd. I'll need to make a stop in Munich and I'm wondering if Air Dolomiti, the airline Lufthansa cooperates with, will allow me to bring my skibag along with my regular luggage. I was advised by a Lufthansa representative to make a flight booking to obtain a booking number for this inquiry. However, I'm hesitant to book in advance in case Air Dolomiti does not permit my skibag, as I may need to consider a different flight option. Thank you!

I made a booking for direct roundtrip flights from Glasgow to Munich on July 1, [redacted], returning on July 22, [redacted], under booking reference U549DK for Moira and George Blacker. We recently received an email notifying us of flight changes. The new itinerary includes flights from Glasgow to Frankfurt and then to Munich for both the outbound and return segments. However, the flight times do not suit our plans. Our holiday destination is Austria, and we usually opt for direct Munich flights, followed by Four Seasons Travel into Austria. I've found flights from Glasgow to Frankfurt to Salzburg with more convenient timings and lower costs compared to the Frankfurt-Munich option. I am looking to retrieve it and can provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase along with my full name for verification. Dear Team, I traveled from Neumburg, Germany to Kochi, India with layovers in Frankfurt and Delhi using Lufthansa and Vistara airlines. I was issued boarding passes in Neumburg with my luggage tagged through to Kochi. Despite being assured in Neumburg and Delhi that my luggage would reach Kochi, it is currently missing. Vistara was unable to provide any information on its whereabouts, and as Lufthansa is unavailable on Sundays and has no office in Kochi, I am unable to report my concern. Had I known in Delhi, during my 4-hour layover, that I needed to collect my luggage, I would have done so to avoid this situation. I urge for assistance in locating my luggage promptly. I am writing to share my recent negative experience while traveling with Lufthansa Airline. My name is O. M. A. and I had a flight scheduled on the 27th of October, [redacted] from London to Abuja via Frankfurt on Flight No LH [redacted] with ticket Ref No ABVBA33480. Despite paying $82.00 for a seat reservation, I faced numerous issues during my journey. My air fresheners were removed from my luggage, the connecting flight from England to Frankfurt was delayed, leaving me stranded at the airport for over 12 hours without food or access to my medication. Despite seeking assistance from Lufthansa Airline customer service desk, I was disappointed by the lack of support and care from the staff. The overall experience left me physically, emotionally, and psychologically affected. I believe I deserve better treatment as a customer and as a woman.

I am reaching out regarding the flight cancellation of LH977 on November 8, [redacted], which led to a costly and timely rebooking through United. Despite the flight attendant union strike, there was no follow-up after your initial email on November 6. As this flight was the first leg of our return journey to the United States, we had to endure four phone calls totaling over 3 hours for rebooking, incurring significant expenses at $1.80 per minute. Regrettably, United was unable to assist with the rebooking of the Frankfurt leg, resulting in the loss of time, sleep, and financial resources for all three passengers. I have been on the phone for 2 hours trying to report a claim regarding my missing suitcase. I left Montreal on August 21st, arrived in Sarajevo on August 22nd, and discovered that one of my suitcases was left behind. It was returned to me on August 24th, and I found it damaged with two small holes inside and outside. I had to purchase some items due to the inconvenience. Booking reference: PK970M I have noticed that there is less than one hour for the connecting flight in Germany on my return journey to India. During my recent flight with Lufthansa to India, I experienced stress due to insufficient time for passport/security procedures at the airport in Germany. I have already contacted you by phone about this issue but have not received a callback. Payment for these flights was made on September 9th. I kindly request that the flight times be adjusted to allow ample time for connecting flights. If this is not possible, I would like to cancel the flights and receive a full refund to book with another airline.

I have already written about the problem and have not received a response... I departed from Montreal on Lufthansa flight LH [redacted] to Munich on August 21, [redacted], arriving on August 22. After August 22, I took Lufthansa flight [redacted] from Munich to Sarajevo, arriving in Sarajevo with a missing suitcase. I completed a claim at the airport reporting the missing suitcase. Later, we found out the suitcase was still in Montreal, it was located, and I received it directly at the guesthouse where I was staying in Medjugorje on the evening of August 24. The driver had me sign for it but did not provide a receipt confirming I had received my suitcase. I discovered much later that my suitcase was damaged, with two small holes along the edge on one side. Please, I would like to know if I am entitled to compensation for not having my suitcase for 3 1/2 days (78 hours) and for the damaged suitcase. Thank you for letting me know.

Due to being denied boarding on the flights with the reservations TOMRND - TXAR9V from Bogota to Frankfurt to Barcelona, we were not allowed on the mentioned flight by German immigration. I am requesting a refund for the tickets as my niece Jennifer J.M.H. with ID [redacted] and myself, Luz H.H.H. with ID [redacted]3, are now in Bogota. Due to this situation, I have incurred additional expenses for lodging, food, transportation, and medicine as I am not feeling well due to the discomfort I have experienced. Hello, Our flight is scheduled from Helsinki to Munich and from Munich to Naples on April 8, [redacted]. Over a month ago, our reservation was changed without our immediate notice. The layover time in Munich has been reduced to only 40 minutes between landing at 14:25 and taking off at 15:05. With four passengers and only hand luggage, all flights operate from Terminal 2 in Munich. We are concerned about making the connecting flight on time. We are wondering if Lufthansa can provide assistance upon arrival to ensure a smooth and fast transfer to the Naples flight. Additionally, we would like to know when we will receive information about the specific gates for our flights in Munich, as well as if there are common gates used by Lufthansa at Munich Airport. In the event that we miss the connecting flight, we would like to inquire about possible compensation and assistance in securing new tickets for the onward journey. My spouse and I traveled to Europe, departing from DTW on September 19th and returning on October 2 with Lufthansa flights, under record locator ONU58A. To ensure we sat together by the window, I bought seat selections at $14 each for the segment from Prague to Frankfurt and $35 each for Frankfurt to Detroit. Regrettably, our Prague flight was canceled, and we were put on standby for a United Airlines flight to Newark. I flew on LH761 from Delhi to Frankfurt on 09Jul19 with e-ticket [redacted][redacted] (a United Airlines ticket). To secure my seat, I made a payment through Retail Atom in India on 04Jul19 after contacting the office in Delhi, totaling INR [redacted]. Unfortunately, the payment was processed twice due to errors on their end, using my IndusInd Card ending in [redacted]. Upon realizing this, I informed Lufthansa in Delhi, who assured me not to worry and to expect a refund in approximately 2 months, which I agreed to. Now, after 2.5 months, IndusInd informs me that I can only receive a refund if Lufthansa initiates it, given the time lapsed.
