Complain for a ridiculous, insulting incident at Munich Business Lounge Desk, around **:**pm, Oct ****Dear Sir or Madam*** I’m writing to complain for a ridiculous , insulting incident at Munich Business Lounge Desk, around **:**pm, Oct **th, for an extremely unprofessional, rude old lady and a gentleman.** My boss (Business Class) asked me and another friend (Economy Class) to go into Business Lounge of Munich airport so we can serve him. The front desk agreed if we pay by **€*person, and asked me to go to an old lady.** I was shocked when this lady suddenly asked me to write down my password of my credit card on her white paper!!! I've never met with this unreasonable demands before in my lifetime!!! So I asked her whether cash is OK and she just ignored completely and doing her stuff! ** She was so unprofessional and unskilled, spent almost ** mins and the payment was never done. A tall gentleman came and help her at the computer, it worked instantly. However, she made a stupid mistake that I gave her two Economy boarding pass, and she just accepted **€ for my friend only! So she has to do the process again…. And she even didn’t know how to do it by herself. Another ** mins passed, my boss was waiting for me, so I asked whether gentleman could help her to accelerate, he ignored. Normally it is OK for me, but yesterday we had a tight schedule. So I invited him twice to help her but still was ignored. And this lady was slowly doing her practice… Another *** mins passed, the payment was done. And finally I and my boss could leave, I said thank you, but once again I was shocked when the lady said “next time you should be more friendly”…. ** So I repeated: “I just invited the gentleman to help her for saving time, no unfriendly talking“. At this time, this gentleman suddenly shouted: “you should not come into lounge if you don’t want !“ ** Since my boss was aside, so I chose to control myself to avoid escalate the issue. I just wanna leave, so I didn’t say anything this point, and turned around. The gentleman again shouted: “Don’t smile!” It was humiliation, that at last, my boss and I had to say sorry to pacify front desk, because another black man also started to shout to me. Excuse me? I didn’t want to escalate the issue so I chose to leave not fight, that did not mean we were soft!!!** Your Munich Business Lounge Desk was so rude, particularly this old lady and this gentleman, but at least this gentleman was skilled to finish the payment in * min, while this lady spent ** mins to finish the **€payment unpolitely. And no other colleague didn't come to help when I made petition, while no one was waiting for line.** *A customer will never use Lufthansa Airlines again in my life for this ridiculous, insulting incident, and will told my friends not to use either
