Booking * VSU*DN July *, ****. Dear sirs, we were booked on flight LH **** From Mia To FRA and then on to LH**** to LHR, London. We were the booked on TAP AIR TP **** LHR to LIS, Lisbon. On arriving at Miami airport on * July, on American Airlines flight **** from TPA at *.** pm, we reported to the Lufthansa check in and were told that the Lufthansa flight was delayed *.* hours. The Supervisor at first was unconcerned at the knowledge that we would miss our flight to Lisbon, but eventually was most helpful in assisting us to contact TAP and Renew our booking to a later flight. This cost an additional $AU**** Charged to my Credit Card. Would you Please confirm that our flight LH**** was delayed due to Equipment Rotation so that we can be reimbursed for the original TAP ticket by our Insurance Company. Incidentally, the cabin crew on LH**** particularly "Stephanie" and on the return on LH**** "AnneMarie" were excellent ambassadors for your Airline. The Classical music selection is the best in the Industry! Thank you for your assistance with my problem . Raymond Simpson
