Good morning, A few months ago, I purchased a round trip from Expedia that included a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt (FRA) to Berlin (TXL). My departure was on June 14th, and my return trip from TXL to FRA with Lufthansa 45 on July 14th is approaching. Recently, I attempted to change my TXL to FRA flight to depart from Salzburg, Austria instead (Lufthansa [redacted] at 7am). I managed to book the Salzburg flight to arrive at FRA at a similar time to my original flight, but the new flight is not showing up on my Expedia itinerary as a replacement for the Berlin leg. The Salzburg flight to Frankfurt is also with Lufthansa, operated by Austrian Airlines. I am curious whether I need to reach out to the airline to ensure that the Berlin-Frankfurt flight is correctly updated to the new Salzburg-Frankfurt leg on my itinerary. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am contacting you about a recent issue with my travel tickets. I purchased 2 return tickets from YEG to TLV on December 10, [redacted]. I paid the total amount of $1,[redacted](CAN) + $25.31(US) through PayPal to [redacted] (Erez Ben Ishay) for the Lufthansa airfare tickets. The tickets were supposed to be for flights departing on Oct. 5, [redacted] and Nov. 1, [redacted]. The e-tickets were sent to my email on Dec.10, [redacted]. The ticket details are as follows: Ticket numbers [redacted][redacted]-50, [redacted][redacted]-52; Lufthansa Booking code: TFFCPZ. Later on, I received an email from Lufthansa regarding flight changes and was informed on June 24, [redacted], that my tickets had been cancelled in February and refunded, a refund I have never received. As the tickets were originally from Lufthansa and not the agent, who is now unreachable, I am requesting your assistance in reissuing the tickets without any extra charge. Subject: Seeking Compensation for Rebooked Flight Due to Delayed Lufthansa Flight I am writing in regards to the unfortunate circumstances that occurred on 12 July [redacted] due to the delay of Lufthansa Flight [redacted] from Warsaw to Frankfurt, causing my wife and I to miss our connecting flights to Singapore and Melbourne under booking ID: QGDTTN. Following the missed connection, we were rebooked on alternative flights with All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Qantas Airways, albeit in economy class instead of the premium economy we originally booked for the entire journey. We have been advised by the Lufthansa Customer Service Centre in Frankfurt that we are entitled to compensation for the difference in fare between our original premium economy bookings and the rebooked flights. I was scheduled to fly from Frankfurt to Chennai on July 4. Due to a flight delay from New Jersey to Frankfurt, I was rerouted through Delhi before reaching Chennai, causing significant inconvenience. The delay was caused by circumstances beyond control, but I later discovered my original direct flight to Chennai had been delayed as well. This lack of information resulted in missed opportunities to take my original flight despite the minimal difference in arrival times. The rerouting led to a long layover in Delhi, disrupted my plans, and even impacted my health due to lack of sleep. Additionally, despite being assigned an emergency exit seat for extra legroom, the proximity to the bathroom led to discomfort and worsened an existing ankle injury. As I prepare to return to Frankfurt via Dubai on July 21, I kindly request additional assistance to enhance my upcoming travel experience, ideally with an upgrade to business class, considering the various challenges faced on the previous journey.

Upon arriving at Miami airport on July 7th on American Airlines flight [redacted] from TPA at 2:05 pm, we were informed of a 3.5-hour delay for the Lufthansa flight, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Lisbon. The Lufthansa Supervisor eventually assisted us in rebooking the flight to a later one with TAP Air, incurring an additional cost of $[redacted] on my credit card. I arrived back in Newark from Munich on July 22nd on flight LH0412 scheduled to land at 6:55 PM. Unfortunately, the plane circled the airport for over an hour and was diverted to Montreal. We eventually returned to Newark with a five-hour delay, including additional time waiting for the gate. No food or drinks were provided during this frustrating experience. I had to release my taxi driver, incurring a cost of $[redacted] for his time. Upon arrival, I had to take another taxi, which I understand is my responsibility. However, the overall situation resulted in a loss of $[redacted], valuable time, and unnecessary hardship. Lost luggage assistance needed - Reference BRULH69708 Hello LH Team, I have been without my luggage for three days now. Upon receiving an email today, July 30, [redacted], I was informed that my luggage has been located at Brussels Airport. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach Brussels Airport via phone or email as the lines are busy and emails remain unanswered. Despite contacting LH in Germany and the USA for assistance, I have not been successful. I visited the LH staff at Miami Airport today to address this issue. Although they promised to investigate and call me back in 2 hours, I did not receive a call. I urgently need my luggage, especially as my glasses are inside. I recently had a frustrating travel experience that I hope you can assist me with. While flying from Bilbao to Sydney with connections in Munich and Singapore, my initial flight delay caused me to miss my connection and spend the night in Munich without my luggage. Subsequently, I flew with Emirates via Dubai to Sydney. Despite informing both airlines about my missing luggage, upon arrival in Sydney, my bag was nowhere to be found. This situation has left me without essential items such as my winter jacket, scarf, boots, towel, and medications I urgently need. The airline office informed me that I would only receive $50 Australian Dollars after 24 hours without my luggage. I have been in touch with your baggage department multiple times regarding a delayed suitcase. My mother traveled on your flight at 6am on Sunday, July 28th to Jeddah via Frankfurt. The file number provided is JEDLH24353 under the name KHANOM. Upon contacting your airline, I was informed that my mother's luggage is currently at Frankfurt on a flight scheduled for August 1st. When calling in the evening on August 1st at 2pm UK time, I spoke with Anna who claimed the suitcase was at Jeddah airport going through customs, which I found to be incorrect due to flight schedules. Subsequently, I tried to speak to a manager but was told there wasn't one available. On further calls, I encountered employees named Carey and Megan who provided conflicting information and seemed uncooperative. Megan even falsely claimed her name was Vegan at first. The lack of professionalism and unhelpful behavior in handling this urgent matter has been disappointing. My mother's luggage contains essential medication she now doesn't have access to due to the delay. Although Megan suggested the luggage was in Frankfurt, discrepancies in flight schedules indicated otherwise, leading to more confusion. The inconsistency in information provided by your staff has caused significant distress. It's crucial to resolve this matter promptly as it impacts my mother's health. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly needed.

We bought a roundtrip ticket while residing in the US. We clearly stated our travel intentions when purchasing the tickets, providing details about our green card status and Syrian passports. The ticket seller was aware of our situation. Unfortunately, during our return journey, we encountered issues at the check-in office, resulting in us being unable to board. Consequently, we were forced to purchase new tickets totaling $[redacted], along with $[redacted] for accommodation. My elderly and ill mother, aged seventy, suffered from sciatica or neuritis due to the distressing nature of the trip. She required immediate medical attention after our ordeal. I am a first-time international traveler with a flight on the 11th of August departing from Mumbai to Munich International Airport. From Munich, I am headed to Nice, and then to my final destination, Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. Originally booked for my children as a reward for my daughter's GCSEs and to support my son through recent tragedies, I am unable to afford a new ticket after he decided not to travel due to the loss of a friend. Originally booked as a holiday treat for my children, recent tragic events have led to my son no longer wishing to travel. I, Rajesh Krishnan, 57, have been a loyal customer of Lufthansa for 30 years. On August 5th, I was set to travel from Chicago to Bangalore via Frankfurt and back in October. However, upon arrival at the Lufthansa counter at O'Hare airport, I was unable to board because my new US passport number did not match the one on my Overseas Citizen of India card (OCI). Despite the exception for those over 50, allowing travel with both old and new passports and OCI card, the airline officials were unaware and unhelpful. The supervisor was dismissive, and the rebooking agent refused assistance due to the ticket being bought through a travel agent. This situation caused emotional and financial distress due to my ailing mother needing urgent care in India. I require fair compensation for the misinterpretation of rules and the staff's insensitive behavior. If not resolved promptly, legal action will be taken. A copy of this complaint will be sent to Carsten Spohr, CEO of Lufthansa, and Indian Embassy officials to prevent others from facing similar issues. I took a Lufthansa flight from BCN to Delhi via Frankfurt, and unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive in Delhi. I filled out a form, but I was not provided with a valid PIR code at the airport. I attempted to report the missing luggage online with Lufthansa, but it seems they do not have the option available for Delhi flights. The staff at the Delhi airport informed me that my luggage was transferred to the next flight, but in reality, it was last seen in Frankfurt, and its current whereabouts are unknown. Despite multiple attempts, reaching the Delhi office by phone has been challenging. I need guidance on how to ensure the proper reporting of my luggage and receive updates online.
