I did extension for my parents flight on ** April and for ** May while taking they told me *** $ I paid by my Visa card every thing was confirmed than I went to drop my parents to airport on ** May they said they had no issues ticket bcoz there was and error by Lufthansa which is not my fault they should call me before cancel no one free to go back check email in USA than once I call firm airport they said rebook for May ** I ask to pay they said yr card in system they will call u if something happened ok I call * times yesterday to make sure they said everything good and today I call to check again they said no issues thickets what can I do I m lay clients of Lufthansa but now I m very upset they rebooking but changing fairs with bunch of money I really need customers appreciation from Lufthansa plz I need to speak with supervisor or manager bcoz they making fool and wasting my time
