To explain the situation with Lufthansa in my journey which this time was very not good and acceptable ... I am loyal traveler with Lufthansa for many years very happy, this is my first time that I had very bad experience in few eraias and upset very much so and desepointed . *) from IAD to FRA flight *** ******* I didn’t feel good almost cancelled my flight I am elderly Lady and have F. Lymphoma I ask to upgrade to business class if possible I have been told it’s full, then there is few seats but waiting list I said ok please put me in the waiting list they said no we have * people had of you ok I said let me be the FIFTH they say no we can’t . This was not axeptble and discrimination act I was very upset and my blood pressure went so up that I got scared. Arrived to FRA next day I had connection flight to TLV **** ****** I upgrad my seat to business no problem they ask $***.** they charge $***.** , arrive toTLV one of my suitcases was torn completely and a new one and the other one also damaged. I don’t have words to express my experience this time I would like to take care of all my matters in a positive and civilized way thank you, Ruth Zamero.
They didn’t know the meaning of customer service by traveling us we pay they pay check
I would like to be compensated in a very good manner. Thanks
