My booking code is KMHORM. On March *, I purchased preferred seating for $*** by seat number and description, which I did not get. ****** DC to Frankfurt*Purchased **H and ** J*Got **H **J *Frankfurt to Lisbon*Purchased **D **E*Got *D *E which are * terrible seats right behind the separating curtain.* On March ** Flights backs, seats different but probably comparable. I think I should receive a refund of at least half of the $***.** that I paid you for something that I did not receive.
