I recently discovered fraudulent activity on my Miles & More account. I realized this on January 7, [redacted], when attempting to transfer my miles to my Air China account, only to find out that they had already been credited to a Lufthansa account. After reaching out to Lufthansa India, they confirmed the account under my name, but with a different email address. I was advised to contact Lufthansa's head office in Germany. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Miles & More and the Customer Relations team, there has been no progress in the investigation yet.

I made reservations for my Lufthansa flights on January 1st, consisting of 4 flights for 2 passengers. The route included Tel Aviv to Frankfurt, then Frankfurt to Helsinki on February 21st, with the return flights on February 28th in reverse order. Our booking code is O2QS9Q under the family name Freudenstein. We also paid online for seat selection on all flights, choosing aisle seats in the middle of the planes for $15 per traveler per flight. However, on the return flight from Frankfurt to Tel Aviv, we were assigned different seats (22B/22C) instead of the selected ones (16C/16D). Seeking a refund for the service payment for this flight, as we did not receive the seats we paid for. I believe we should have been given the seats we requested, as there seemed to be no change in aircraft type. I am unable to address this refund claim through regular channels, prompting me to contact you. - George Freudenstein

I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of preserving our existing return flight from CDG Paris to Washington D.C. on April 20, [redacted]. I need to make changes to accommodate my two daughters' outbound flight due to a scheduling conflict. Despite the willingness to forfeit the cost of the original outbound flights, the travel service, JustFly, mentioned a potential loss of the return flights as well. This situation would result in a significant financial setback and pose concerns about my young daughters traveling alone. The reason for this change is my 14-year-old daughter's participation in a school event on April 12, which holds great importance to her. Given the circumstances, I am open to purchasing new tickets for my daughters to travel out two days later, accompanied by their older sister. I am hopeful that Lufthansa, as the validating carrier, can allow us to retain our return flight without alterations. The trip to visit our extended family in France holds sentimental value, especially after a challenging year for us. I kindly request your understanding and consideration in this matter. Thank you for your attention during this challenging time. Best regards, Julie A. M.

For my flight from Frankfurt to Baku and back, I paid extra to reserve seat 12C for both flights. However, upon arrival at the airport, my seat had been changed. Although the agent in Frankfurt eventually moved me back to 12C after seeing my reservation, I had to insist on getting the seat I paid for. In Baku, I was informed of a plane change, but when I boarded, seat 12C was still the extra legroom seat I had reserved. Lufthansa's explanation was that they can't guarantee specific seats. If that's the case, why allow passengers to select and pay for specific seats in advance? I would have reconsidered paying extra if I knew my selected seat wasn't guaranteed. My locator is KYFXYE.

Dear Lufthansa representative, I am Pavlina Todorova, and I am reaching out regarding my recent flight experience with your company. I traveled from Sofia, Bulgaria to Dallas, Texas through Frankfurt on flight LH [redacted], ticket nr. [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, my baggage was lost during this journey. The handling of the situation from your end has been disappointing. Although a lost baggage report was filed at Dallas airport, I have not received any updates on the status of my belongings or when I can expect to have them returned. There are essential items in my luggage, and if I do not receive it promptly, I will be seeking compensation. At this moment, I feel compelled to avoid using Lufthansa in the future, and I hope this can be resolved satisfactorily. Best regards, P.T.

Regarding your upcoming flight booking from New York to Bangalore with reference number TXDUBB on March 12, [redacted], I have a few requests and queries to make. Firstly, I forgot to request an Indian vegetarian meal during my journey, so I kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that I receive this meal type on my flights. Secondly, I am concerned about the layover time between Flight LH [redacted] and LH [redacted] in Frankfurt. With only one hour between the two flights, I worry if this time is enough, especially if the first flight is delayed. I will do my best to expedite the change between flights, and if possible, I would greatly appreciate a front row seat on LH [redacted] for more convenience. Please address my concerns regarding the layover time and meal request. Kindly confirm these changes via email instead of calls due to my international roaming situation. My name is Lutz Gönnert, and we arrived on March 8th with flight PG133 to Koh Samui. Somehow, our luggage was not loaded onto this flight in Bangkok for some reason. We were assured at the Koh Samui baggage service that it would arrive overnight and be delivered to our accommodation. I provided all the necessary details, but it has still not arrived, and it is now 11 am local time. I must mention that the luggage contains medications that I urgently need, which should not be stored above 25 degrees Celsius. I urgently request you to investigate where our luggage currently is, as it has still not arrived here.

I purchased two plane tickets for my parents and have received the confirmation with booking number S3GWAH and ticket number [redacted][redacted]. Everything was charged correctly. However, upon reviewing the tickets, I noticed that there is a slight discrepancy in my father's name. His name is Llorenç Calafell, but on the ticket, it appears as Llorenc Calafell, with a regular "C" instead of the "Ç". I want to correct this to avoid any issues at the airport. Can you please assist me with this matter promptly? Thank you.

My spouse is expecting, and our return flight is scheduled for June 17th, by which time she will be 34 weeks pregnant. We are looking to change our flights to an earlier date between May 10th and 25th. I initially paid an extra [redacted] euros for the flexibility to make changes when I purchased the tickets. However, Japan Lufthansa informed me that in order to change all three tickets, they are requesting an additional [redacted] euros, which includes 37,[redacted] yen per person. We are only requesting a date change within a flexible window in May. I understand the standard [redacted] euro change fee, the 50 euro per ticket modification fee, and even the extra costs for the fare difference. However, an additional [redacted] euros or more seems excessive given our circumstances. Previously, we experienced a flight delay four years ago, causing us to miss our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Tokyo with a 7-hour delay. We abstained from seeking compensation at that time. We sincerely hope Lufthansa can sympathize with our predicament and provide a more reasonable solution promptly. My flight is currently booked for June 17th from Hiroshima with the booking code VHMPJJ. We urgently need a resolution as time is of the essence, and alternative options are becoming limited and costly. Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated. Thank you. Warm regards, BC

I am reaching out to address the issues I encountered on flights LH2485 from London Heathrow to Munich and LH1618 from Munich to Rzeszow on March 8, [redacted]. The initial flight faced significant delays, followed by an extended wait upon landing in Munich. Despite being assured the connecting flight would wait, upon arrival, I found that it had already departed, resulting in a 4-hour delay for the next available flight. As a passenger traveling with an infant, this situation caused serious inconvenience and distress. The lack of consideration for parents with young children during the boarding process was noted. I am requesting compensation in line with EC Regulation [redacted]/[redacted] for this disruption. I, Bozena Chrapek, along with my daughter Natalie Chrapek, seek £[redacted] in compensation. I anticipate a response to this matter within 7 days; failure to do so may prompt further action. Sincerely, Bozena Chrapek.

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience with Lufthansa regarding a refund for my booking. The booking code is Lufthansa booking code: N7N6R7. According to your refund policy, it should take 4-5 working days for the refund to be processed. I canceled my ticket on 06/03/[redacted] well in advance, and today is 15/03/[redacted], but I have yet to receive my refund. This delay is disappointing, especially for a first-time customer like me. It seems unnecessary for the airline to hold onto customers' money for so long. Additionally, the cancellation charges are quite high, which seems unreasonable considering the booking was made four months in advance. I kindly request that you expedite the refund process and return the amount promptly. Thank you, Prriyam Gunjal

I expressed to this man that I find it truly INDECENT to have to resort to such a scene of a black film, wheeling myself through an airport in a wheelchair to avoid paying for seats that Lufthansa negotiates, caring very little about the company's honesty, and what is more indecent is that they care very little about people with disabilities. Dear Sirs, I am confused about why my seat was changed. I booked it days ago as it is important for me to sit in the front rows and aisle. Dear Lufthansa Customer Relations, I am writing regarding an incident that occurred during my check-in process at the family check-in counter number [redacted] on my flight from Frankfurt to Jeddah on March 23rd at 1:50 pm on flight number [redacted]. When I approached the counter, despite there being no one in line initially, the staff seemed preoccupied and dismissive. The employee at counter [redacted] was particularly rude when I requested not to check in one of my bags weighing 19 kilograms. She responded aggressively, refusing to provide her name and even snatched the paper from my hand when I tried to document the incident. I kindly request an investigation into this matter to understand why such behavior was exhibited towards me. The confrontation made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I appreciate your attention to this issue. Best regards, R.Y. Jeddah, KSA

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased 02 tickets (PNR: R3K8G4) from your airline, and I am facing a name issue. When filling out the name fields, I noticed there were three columns (first name, middle name, and surname). Here is how I entered the names: Passenger #01: First Name: MOHAMMAD Middle Name: ANWAR Surname: HOSSAIN Passenger #02: First Name: MAYEN Middle Name: UDDIN Surname: CHOWDHURY After receiving the tickets, I realized that the middle name was missing from the ticket, showing only the first and last name (HOSSAIN/MOHAMMAD MR & CHOWDHURY/MAYEN MR). However, the full names on the passport are (MOHAMMAD ANWAR HOSSAIN & MAYEN UDDIN CHOWDHURY). I am concerned if this will cause any issues during our flight or boarding. For your reference, I am providing the ticket details: (PNR: R3K8G4) (Ticket number: [redacted][redacted]) (Ticket number: [redacted][redacted]) Please provide assistance at your earliest convenience.

I recently had an extremely negative customer service encounter. The representative who was supposed to assist me with an issue caused by Lufthansa not only yelled at me but also abruptly ended the call. On March 25, [redacted], at 15:28 CET, I contacted the customer support number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I had a booking (CODE: SD7332) for a flight from Toulouse to Istanbul on April 6th with a return on May 7th. I received an email on March 21st informing me that my reservation had been changed, meaning my April 6th flight had been canceled with no alternative options provided. When I checked my booking online, I found out that both my outbound and return flights were canceled, and only half of the price was refunded for the trip that I didn't intend to cancel. Moreover, during my call with a very rude man at your customer service, he raised his voice and abruptly hung up on me. This treatment was unexpected from Lufthansa, and I request a resolution to reinstate my canceled flight or maintain my return flight as planned on May 7th from Istanbul to Toulouse. If necessary, I am prepared to pursue legal action or other avenues to uphold my consumer rights. Nurla Bayrak

Subject: Disappointing Experience on Flight LX4044 from Frankfurt to Rio de Janeiro on 13/03/19 To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided during my recent flight with my wife and 1-month-old son. Seat 10C on flight LX4044 from Frankfurt to Rio de Janeiro had a malfunctioning flat seat, which I immediately reported to the crew, specifically a steward named Anke. Unfortunately, she was dismissive and unhelpful, attributing the issue to my height, despite it being irrelevant. Anke's disrespectful attitude persisted throughout the flight, causing unnecessary stress to both myself, my wife, and our infant. We specifically chose seats next to each other with a bassinet to ensure a comfortable journey with our baby, but this was not the experience we received. Despite available vacant seats that could have solved the problem, no alternative was offered by the crew. We are requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by the broken seat and the unprofessional behavior of the flight attendant. Sincerely, L.D.

Dear Customer Service, I previously lodged a complaint about the late arrival of my baggage but have not received any response yet. If I do not hear back soon, I may need to pursue legal action. Please address the following issue: On 02/08/[redacted], we flew from Budapest to Munich to Las Vegas (flight numbers EW200/48 and LH [redacted]). Upon arriving in LA, one of our luggages was missing and it was delivered to us three days later. We reported the missing luggage at the airport. I had to purchase clothes, and the receipts were submitted to my Hungarian insurance company. However, they declined to reimburse me without a declaration from the airline confirming no refund was issued to me. I kindly request this declaration to be sent to [redacted] in the name of my husband, Richard Tamas Molnar, on whose name the missing luggage was registered. Thank you for your help. Mrs. Molnar
