Dear Customer service!*I have already filed a complain regarding a baggage late arrival,unfortunately I have received no repply until now. Please review the below issue,if I receive no response I will have to take legal steps.*Facts: We have taken flight ********** from Budapest-Munchen-Las Vegas (flight number of latter EW****** LH ****). By arriving to LA we have not received one of our luggages,which was forwarded to us * days later. The missing luggage was reported at the airport. ObviouslyI had to buy clothes, the invoices for these clothes were filed to Hungarian insurance company.Unfortunately they refused to pay my costs,they need a declaration from Airplane company stating that no no refund was done tome.All I need from you is this declaration that no payment was done. Please issue this declaration and send it to *****@***.com. Declaration should be issued to my husband's name (luggage was on his name) Richard Tamas Molnar. Thank you for your assistance. Mrs Molnar
