Concerns fbid ******** and follow up fbid ********. We were contacted * months ago and told to expect refund to our credit card in one month for a flight you inadvertently canceled with no input from me. Customer service in Frankfort admitted error rebooked part to US on the spot but still have no repayment for ticket I had to purchase because it was too early in the morning to talk to ticketing. We were in Croatia.
