Dear whom it may concern,**I hope this email find you well.*My name is Kiyonobu Suzuki,(My Passport No.: TR******* * Web booking No. : AX***********) ** I would like to ask for the refund of the hotel I’ve booked in Munich, for the night of Jan *th.** I was supposed to fly from Prague - Munich on Jan *th **** (LH****)*And then Munich - Haneda on Jan *th **** (LH****)**Well, this LH**** from Prague got canceled, and I was told at the desk * hours before the supposed departure time.**The lady in the front desk gave me a ticket for Prague - Frankfurt, then Frankfurt - Haneda ticket, which I’m grateful that I’ve made my way home to Haneda.**Then only problem I have is that I had to cancel the hotel booking in Munich on Jan *th night.**So, I’m wondering if you can refund this cancelation fee of EUR **.**Thank you for your attention.***Sincerely,**Kiyonobu Suzuki
