Dear Sir*Madam**My name is Pinelopi Sympetheri and I am writing regarding a unfortunate incident of a loose luggage. At **st of December ****, I flied with my family from Greece to Krak*w through Frankfurt at * o’clock with your company. In Greek, Eleftherios Venizelos airport we checked two suitcase pieces , one of almost ** kilos and one more of almost **, the first one red and it’ s named “RONCATO” and the second one black and also named “RONCATO”. In Frankfurt, after one hour delay, we took the flight for Krakow that was the terminal station. Arriving at Krakow airport, we were waiting for two luggage pieces but only one appeared, the red one. Almost immediately and when we understood that there weren’t other suitcases on luggage corridor , we reported the situation at the airport and were given a file reference number, KRKLH*****. **The problem is that I am mother with two children that I desided to make a leisure trip for Christmas period and regarding the fact that the loose suitcase had all kids clothes and as during Christmas period stores are closed , I am in the unpleasant position of not having clean clothes for my children and no chance to buy anything. At the same time, I tried with any different way to see what exactly are the steps and procedure Lufthansa follows so as to find a solution for me and I come to believe that does nothing special to keep its clients informed and tranquil. There is no follow up, no review and unfortunately, I tried more to find an answer calling again and again to the airport and less to have good time with my family. I think that Lufthansa ‘ s customer service system is not rightly organized and reliable. Clients feel alone and uncertain. **As a conclusion, I give you one more day to find my black suitcase, otherwise I demand to be fully refund the value of my suitcase context and the the same bag.
