Dear Lufthansa Team,**I am writing to you with sheer disappointment, anger and distrust in your services. As a Lufthansa customer I had WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE possible that has deeply disturbed me and my *-year old daughter deeply and emotionally. **My wife and * daughters (* years and * years) were supposed to travel from Dallas to Delhi on flight LH *** and LH *** on Nov **th **** for a vacation. My * year old daughter, Ms. Deeva, has a new Indian passport which has been issued by Houston Consulate. However, The check-in agent didn't allow her to check-in stating she doesn't have valid US visa. I showed her the I*** which is valid through **********. I also told her that we have appointment at US consulate to get her visa stamping done. She kept repeating that my daughter needs to get stamping done here in US, which is not true. The Houston Consulate themselves issued the passport and asked us to get the stamping done in India. However, your agent was rude and did not budge. *When I asked the check-in agent on what happens to my daughters ticket she could not articulate the next steps clearly. Please refer to below link which clearly states that one has to leave country to get visa stamping *http:**www.ustraveldocs.com*in*in-niv-appointmentschedule.asp**The argument was completely absurd and uncalled for. How can someone get a visa stamping done while in US? My wife confirmed with Lufthansa staff at Frankfurt and explained them the situation, they were shocked to hear that my daughter was stopped.**Is that the way Lufthansa treats their customers? What kind of customer experience are you trying to provide? Can you imagine what my *-year daughter is going through? **My daughter has NEVER EVER lived without her mother. She has been crying all day yesterday, can't eat and could hardly sleep all night. The whole family is going through mental harassment, torture, change of plans and monetary losses. I was supposed to travel to India through Lufthansa on Dec *th and due to this unwanted incident I would have to change my plans and leave early so that my daughter can be with the family soon. Lufthansa has not only made a huge mistake, they have played with a child's emotions and lost a regular customer. **I need my tickets ($****.** -Ankush, $***.** - Deeva) money refunded ASAP.
