Dear Sir or Madam,**I have booked two tickets for my parents and they did not travelled because of medical issue and i have cancelled both the tickets.*i have received refund with cancellation fee for only for one ticket (Name: Narayanappa Bathineni, Electronic Ticket number:***-**********).**The other ticket traveller name Leelavathi Narra, Electronic ticket number: ***-********** was cancelled on medical ground and all related documents were submitted as discussed with Lufthansa customer representative and confirmed for waiver of cancellation fee and suppose to get full amount refund, but received partial.**Ticket were booked to travel on ** september ****.*Since then i have not received the correct refund even after sending many emails to Lufthansa Airlines. its already * and half months over.*Please do the needful and resolve this issue at the earliest.**Thanks & Regards,*Manohar
