RE: Booking Code WSUEB**I like to file a complaint due to all the damages have been imposed to me as a result of sudden and last minute cancellation of my return to USA. My flight was from Tehran*Iran to San Jose*Ca. *It was huge shocking that I was told from Lufthansa at IKA airport upon my departure to Frankfurt, my flight is cancelled. Lufthansa did NOT even offer me to get me another flight at the time and I had to ask them and insisted to find me another one ASAP, because of the very important event that I had to attend on Thursday night in SJ on *******. I was offered with few ridiculous flights which was impossible for me to accept. Because I had to fly for more additional connection flights and double time which I couldn’t do it due to my health condition and the time matter. *Finally, the best one that I could get, It was from FRA to London-Heathrow and then to fly to SJ. However, LUf had NOT provided me with the Itinerary or anything in writing and instructed me to go to British airline desk in order to get my passing board at FRA airport, which I did, but It was very stressful and time consuming between both airline at FRK airport, I was giving a round around that I ended up to go to Security check about *-* times!! I finally flew to London-Heathrow airport, which all I had about an hour to reach my next flight to SJ, my final destination. Usually, for the international flight, we need *-*-hours* however, after long waiting at the line for another security check, I had to RUN too fast in order to reach my gate at the time, when I got to the gate* it was the last call for passenger. I can’t even describe it now how I was feeling due to TREMENDOUS EMOTIONAL STRESS, which has caused me Physical pain like HEADACHE, DEEP PRESSURE on my eyes, HEART PALPITATION, and RINGING in my ears which never had these symptoms in the previous trips. Last not least, when I Landed in SJ airport and went to the luggage area to pick up my two lug gages, guess what? I was looking at luggage rail for almost an hour, but nothing. OMG, I had to go back to BA desk and report missing baggage, which I was provided with the phone and reference number that I had to follow-up with them on the next day because my bagged didn’t reach the destination and they need to find it. All my important necessities, like my medications, clothing, shoes, Shaver machine, etc. Gifts and much more was included as well. My flight experience this time, it has been total disaster due to LUFTHANSA original cancellation. In conclusion, I had to go through THREE FLIES, EXTRA HOURS of waiting, not to get to my destination on time, however, with few hours later, and not having my luggages at the time. Since I got back, I have been sick, both emotionally and physically as well. I missed my very important events on Thursday night and Friday as well. *At the end, I have tried to call the LUFTHANSA customer service to report and discussed all these issue with them yesterday, but I was told that I have to fill out the form on line which added to more time and stress in order to sit down with my poor condition to write to you.*Please keep in mind that I was NOT deserved to be treated like this. I purchase the ticket and paid in advance for the relaxing and pleasant trip, but it has been nightmare so far. I believe that you need to refund me the full purchase price as compensation* however, no amount of money will make it up for what happened to me which has affected my health and lack of the sleep so far beside other issues.* I would like to ask you for speedy resolution.**Thanks, *Sirous Maali
