Lufthansa Airline**LHRLH ***** is our lost baggage ref number, it’s been nearly four weeks since you lost our luggage on a flight that cost me €***, I’ve not had one apology, I’ve spent about **hrs in total calling your numbers (**** *** ****, all I’m told is that you have no information, you can’t tell me wether the airports have actually checked for our bag, I’ve spent hours calling this number, your staff are rude, people hang up on me, they say they have no supervisor which I’m sure is a complete lie, one lady actually tried giving me a phone number to call which was the number I was calling on, she then argued and even accused me of being wrong, I’ve tried contacting customer relations on (**** *** ****- nobody has ever once answered my call on this number, I was on hold for *hr one day and another day similar time, all the other times I’ve called this number I’ve been on hold for an average **minutes, and then when the phone rings it rings for about **minutes with no answer then just hangs up)**Under EU law it is our right now to claim compensation, I want an email from you stating you have lost my bag and I want a phone call apologising for the inconvenience this has caused me and my girlfriend.
GetHuman-jasey did not yet indicate what Lufthansa should do to make this right.
