We have had to suffer every possible trauma*** * flight cancelled* * assistance denied despite advance booking* * offloaded despite having valid boarding pass* * lost * delayed baggage* * a measly ** euro * passenger for over a ** hour layover* * over ** hour delay at arrival destination*we had registered through Lufthansa feedback and got the following response.*"Lufthansa would like to respond to your concerns as soon as possible. In order to do so, we require additional details which were not included in your original correspondence. Thank you in advance for providing the following information under your reference number ******** via protected transfer here: https:**www.lufthansa.com*Feedback. If you prefer, you may also reply to this email using open data transfer."*I have already replied to the above*My queries,**) what is open data transfer?**) everytime I use the feedback form I am provided with a new reference number... In all I have * different numbers.......**) Feedback ID ********.**) reference number **********) FB ID ******** ( the latest one)* how should I proceed in future, which reference number do I use for future communication
GetHuman-captns did not yet indicate what Lufthansa should do to make this right.
