I tried condor for first time and bought premium ticket. All segments of my trip have been delayed significantly. I arrived in cenador for my return flight to BWI and again the flight was delayed. So I sat down to eat lunch and suddenly thwre was an urgent call for passengers to BWI to go to gate b**. So I get there and there is a very long line and no AC. I asked the people at the desk if I can skip the line with my premio ticket. They say no and are rude I wait in line and the woman who takes my ticket says she does*Not know what premium is. I ask the man ushering me through to speak to a manager and he urges me to go in in an annoyed voice. I finally insisted and the manager said this is different because we have to take a bus to the plane. So now despite this urgent call to board, I am*Sitting in a waiting area with no AC. And no one has boarded. Like I said I have had significant delays on every leg of my trip and am very disappointed by your service, especially since I thought I was upgrading!!!!
