Help with my Lufthansa issue
The issue in GetHuman-avtobus's own words
I contacted Lufthansa in all possible ways, calling, twitter, sent email to customer services- without any response ... I upgraded my ticket to business with my own bank card ,but after ticket was canceled and I did not fly. I am a seaman. Therefore please return the fee for seat upgrade. The booking was V*YYDW *I contacted Lufthansa imidiatelly and they sent me feedback number ******** but never contacted me about the case solution. *Thank you in advance*Natalja Litvinova
To refund my paid fee for business upgrade to my card.
I fly with Lufthansa almost every month, so it is especially surprised me in a bad way their reluctant attitide
I tried everything.
