Ref: Lost baggage*Res Code: J*FJ*W*Passengers Michael G Cannon & Anna L C Mehra*Greetings Lufthansa – I am writing in a desperate effort to get some help in finding my lost baggage. Unfortunately your agents in Singapore and Kuching are not helping or communicating. **We checked into Nice on the *th June to be placed on an earlier flight No LH**** due to weather, and made our connection to Singapore from Frankfurt on LH**** same day, arriving SIN ** June*Baggage tag numbers are as follows:-*LH*******LH*******LH*******On arrival in Singapore we were advised that our bags were still in Nice. We lodged a lost baggage report, and as we were connecting with an off-line service to Kuching, your agent SQ also known as SCOOT advised us to lodge a further report with SCOOT’s agent in Kuching (KCH). We did so, Ref No TR*****. I believe SCOOT’s KCH agent retained our lost baggage report from Singapore.**When we try to call lost baggage in KCH, the phone just rings out.*Can you please assist*Thank you,*Mike Cannon*T. *** ** *** *****e. *****@***.com
