I tried to book flights Aug-Sept, at the end of April. I e-mailed failure and asked for help. Got e-mail reply saying Cust Care Services would be in touch. They haven't. I wish Lufthansa to realise that their Call Centre system is not meeting my requests. ... At the end of April ****, I attempted Online to book a Business Flexi return flight, Sofia-Edinburgh, **** - ***. The Form would NOT accept my address, no matter how I many times I tried to write it differently. I was not allowed to proceed beyond this stage. I e-mailed for help and received a reply, ***, stating that Customer Care Service Team would contact me direct. This has not happened. I e-mailed on **** giving them * days to contact me, or else I would use another Airline. It is now *.**pm on the *rd day and I wish to let Lufthansa ITSELF know that I am booking elsewhere. I suspect that the 'Call Centre' are not advising Lufthansa of the problem. Ref FB ID ********
