I just booked a flight for my boss (Booking code: LLAEHU) at **:** a.m. on line. When he looked at the flight departure time of **:**, he thought that this was *:** p.m. and then realized it was *:** p.m. Since this was just done, we are hoping you will consider changing that flight to the next later flight that leaves at **:** without a penalty.**I have tried calling your US phone number at ***-***-**** immediately after he realized the error, and was disconnected * times and have been on hold for over ** minutes. It is very disconcerting to have * disconnects and then still having to wait.**Can you please help me to get this flight changed without a penalty since I can't seem to get through to chat with one of your agents?
