Requested them(lucky vitamin)to provide tracking id. through e-mail,but they are busy in creating only support tickets.They provided me * support tickets in past ** hours.(*)*******(*)*******(*)******* ... Sir I have ordered a product "ciltep" on online platform of lucky vitamin and paid successfully through my credit card.But aftwer ** hours of purchase, the company(lucky vitamin) failed to provide me my tracking ID. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !
They,(LUCKY VITAMIN) are not providing me the tracking id,and only sending me s support tickets on my email id.
First they send me the tracking id,so that I track the shipment and secondly .
I am a new customer for Lucky vitamin & purchased a product first time & expect them to send me the tracking id.
Only send request email three times to customer support of lucky vitamin to send them my tracking id
