This is a request that will need "Top Management's" attention. Plz move it up the line.--I am ** years old and wife bought a storage shed (**x**) for me to tweak out into a studio. I have installed a*c windows etc, etc. Before I started I did not know for sure how much insulation i needed. I over bought by * bags Rockwool insulation. I purchased ** bags @ $**. a bag. I did not get it insulated in time to rtn the * bags I did not use. I am outside the ** day (very liberal rtn policy) rtn. Now these bags are in absolutely perfect, new condition. I understand the local store (Quincy, IL, and the **** help line rejecting my request to go "outside" Lowe's SOP. But at the corporate help line I was refused to talk to Upper mgtm for an override on this issue. I am not opposed to entertaining, an "In Store Credit" or even a Re-stocking fee, like **% or so. I am a Viet Nam vet, and do shop regularly at your facilities. Plz whomever reads this move it up the line... Think we are in your puters as Sue McDeid, *** *** ****, She is not writing this, it is her husband Gerald D. McDeid. Hopefully Mgt will allow somehow to rtn this, --Oh, and I don't see a need for this in the forceable future as **% of the men born on my day are dead. :) G. D. McDeid!
