regarding order*********** *item******* Model***** -$**.**(*.***tax) I also order item ******-model***** I ordered * of this item . My bill should be **.**, **.** was taken out of my account and I have NOT picked up the items yet! I have been calling since Monday to no avail. Letft on hold for over ** minutes and told ( by Chat) they could not help me. I tried on line store customer service number, and directly to the Lowes where I was to pick up. NO answer, just music. I had hoped that this would not have been a repeat situation yesterday and today. I tried checking the status on like, as Lowes supposed sent a confirmation oitems were in the store ( with bar code) which is why I don't understand the automatic **.** out of my checking account. I tried to confirm on line but system requests a confirmation number of which I don't see any. On hold for three days!! I am on quarantine right now so I can not visit store but I can't get anyone on phone. Three days!
