I am retired from the U.S. Army. I have enjoyed your military discount for years, and I have always appreciated this courtesy. When I received an email several weeks ago requiring me to update my profile relating to the military discount program, I tried to follow the process, but could never log in. I called customer service twice. Very nice, but couldn't help me. I was told to go the store, and customer service there would be able to help me. I did that. The customer service folks at the store looked at me like I had three heads. They had no clue. HOWEVER, an assistant manager told me that I had several addresses in my profile--and even a name associated with my telephone number that I'd never heard of. BUT, he couldn't help me. It sure seems like some IT guru has made a mess. Can I get some help? Thanks and best wishes. John Modica (Mobile: ***-***-****)
