We recieved our new freezer on the **th of June as promised. It however was delivered with a dent in the side. The delivery driver said we had a choice either additional *% off or refuse delivery. And get another unit sent out.*We opted for the additional *% as we had product scheduled to be delivered into the new freezer.*The freezer was purchased and charged on our Lowes card Invoice *****.*When will this additional *% be credited and how will that happen?
