Just want operators manual. The wrong one was sent. The LM was deliver to my house. It was not in a shipping crate or on a pallet. So the store that did the removal of the crate and did the minor assembly removed the correct packet and probably tossed it somewhere

I was trying to get the package that had the owners manual and warranty if. ... I ordered a husqvarna zero turn mower and after * weeks it was delivered to my home. It was unloaded off the truck with a fork lift. I have never sat on one much less started and mover one. So I was going to read the manual but it was the wrong manual. It was for a regular riding mower not a zero turn Mower. I finally figured how to crank and mover it. But not knowing if I was doing it safely. I then contacted husqvarna customer support. Starting around *:** trying to get help. They were helpful. They stated husqvarna ships the correct manual with the mower to the dealer. In this case Lowe’s Gun Barrel City Texas. I then called this store for help. It took me over an hour of calling. The customer surface would let the phone ring over ** times pick it up and disconnect the call immediately this happened several times. Then they did answer I asked to speak with a customer service manager I was transferred to an everyday employee in Garden. Only thing he could say was maybe I need to find the manual online and download it or drive over ** miles to pick the correct one up from customer service. Neither are acceptable. All I am asking for is the proper manual for my lawnmower. Which should have been delivered with the mower. If they had been doing the job correctly. *I then returned to Lowe’s chat. It was *:** by then and I immediately asked for a human to help me. The rely to that request was we will be closing and may not get to chat with a human. Now remember I started trying to get the correct manual around *:**. I got jerked around to almost closing. Did get a human to chat with me but got the same run around but did ask me to take the survey at end of chat and give her **’s. They didn’t allow me to reply to survey. Her answer was about the same. Download or come get it. *All I ask is for them to do their job. Send me the correct users Manuel for my zero turn husqvarna not one for a regular riding mower. Their job when delivering the mower is to send the package of info and how to operate the mower safely. The mower is delivered by Lowe’s on a flat bed trailer already assembled strapped down. Not in a wooden crate or shipping pallet. So the Lowe’s store in Gun Barrel City Texas has the manual.
They wanted me to drive over *** miles and come get it. Or download it from the internet. My modem*router is not working on my computer now. Then * customer rep sent me a link to a site where I had to pay to download it. Then she dropped the chat.
Simply mailing me the correct paperwork package *Very simply solution. *I will Never order from them or Grace their doors again their customer service simply *****. And that’s the nicest I can be now
I usually don’t shop at Lowe’s. *I had previously order a small portable pump. After a month of not getting an update from them I called. It was backorder. I waited another month no update. Checked the store inventory and they we in stock. So I ordered again and got it within a day or too. Then the one I ordered came in. *When I ordered the lawn mower. I contacted customer about delivery to my house like ordered it. It stated on the Lowe’s web page *-* days delivery since it was in stock at another store. Well I got a delivery date set. A week away not *-* days. So the day came for delivery. Called next day asking where my lawnmower was. They was a problem with the order. No one let me know. So another delivery date was set a week out. So after about * weeks it arrived. *-* days. Didn’t happend.
I have tried so many things such as a chat and telephone calls to everyone. Spent from *:** till **:** the day it was delivered on chat or on the phone. Was very hard to even get a department at the store to answer the phone. Called Lowe’s customer service of course I was never answered by a human. Had to make all the **** press this i was put on hold at *:** waiting for a rep to answer. Promptly at *:** was hung up on. Their customer service just simply *****. I tired of hearing “due to Covid....”.
