On Oct *th this year I ordered LG Washer model * WT****CW from our Lowes store in Rome, NY. The appliance clerk did all the computer stuff (ie new water hoses, * year warranty plan etc. over a $*,*** in all. A delivery date was set up for today October *, **** with a time frame from * to ** am. This morning I received a call stating that the washer is not available in the warehouse therefore a new estimated delivery date is October **? How are we supposed to do laundry? Why or how can you sell something when it’s not available? Why didn’t the computer say that the washer was not available in the Syracuse warehouse? They tell me that the washer is still in a Pennsylvania warehouse! I’m not very happy. Can you please be of some assistance in this matter. I would appreciate it.*Regards,*William Lennon MSgt.
