Ordered a custom shower door from lowes, * months later still no door. From day one vender never made it to measure, no communication with me lowes called the day of and said we had to reschedule after i already took the day off and was waiting. When the shower arrived it sat at lowes for * *** weeks before anyone called me to schedule install waited another * *** to finally get it installed. Once again installation day installer never shows no phone call nothing i call lowes they let me know that parts were missing so the installer didn’t pick it up. Come to find out they ordered the wrong door and had to reorder the custom door. *wks go by another appointment to install this time installer half way through the install and finds one of the glass pieces to be broken and leaves. * hours go by i have to call lowes again they dont call no communication. The install department says they are looking at reordering the glass piece . No since of customer service, no we will call you back immediately or we will try an expedite the piece and coordinate with the install to het that installed asap. Apparently They have a policy not to open any boxes nefore handing off the the installer, problem is the installer picks up the order day of install on the way to the job and also doesnt check to see if everything is right. Broken system bad customer service Lowes has lost my business forever. Let this be a warning to anyone looking at making a purchase or order from Lowes DONT DO IT. You will just end up with more headaches and unfinished projects.
