RE: Order* **********We were expecting a local truck delivery today. We were given a ** hour window (from *a-*p) which in of itself is absurd for fence panels to be delivered. I signed up for text alerts. At *pm I "chatted" with a customer service agent who actually promised that they would be delivered by *pm. At *:** the local store said that I have to speak with customer service. The truck was coming from our local store and not corporate yet they "could not help me". They have wasted ** hours of my day and no solution in site. Not * text, * email, nor * phone call. I am livid to say the least!! has shown "out for delivery" all day and still does at *:**pm

GetHuman5062456 did not yet indicate what Lowe's should do to make this right.
