I have a complaint. I visit the Lowe's store in Johnstown, Pa on a regular basis. I am there anywhere between * to * times a week. Before I head out I usually check the website to see if they have what I am in need of and where it is the store. Now for my complaint.......your website absolutely *****........stuff is very rarely where it says it is. Then you look for an associate, which takes forever, and you ask them and you get, "I don't work in that department". Let me find somebody that does. So you wait some more. They show up and what I was looking for is two aisles over. Just terrible. There is a Home Depot right next store to this Lowe's and there website is ***% better. Not only will it tell where something is in their store but it will also send a text message to my cell phone so I can go right to it.*So today as I was checking out I mentioned this to the cashier and she handed me off to the "head cashier" and I mentioned all of this to her and she could care less. All I got from her was "thank you for your business". That ends today. I will be doing my shopping at Home Depot from this day forward.
The the website just absolutely *****. A lot of items are NOT where the website says they are. Please, please do not tell me it's because of short staffing because of Covid-**. EVERYBODY is using that as an excuse.
Get the website somewhat up to date and implement a text service to cell phones to let customers know where items are in the store. Something similar to what Home Depot has. And hire some associates that enjoy there job and care about the customers big or small.
I've been a customer at this store since it opened. I am not a contractor and not a big spender there BUT is (was) my "go to store" for tools, hardware, paint and anything else I need to keep my property in shape.
Tried to talk to the "head cashier" about this is and pretty much got "blown off" and told to have a nice day.
