I ordered an air conditioning unit for the duplex my wife and I own that was cancelled by Lowes without any notification, reason or communications. It had been marked as "shipped" at one point, and was due to be delivered on June **. We've been left completely in the dark about this, and are dealing with angry tenants because of this. *I'm very disappointed in the quality of service we've received. At the absolute least, Lowes should offer an explanation and unit of similar quality and performance at the price we paid for the original air conditioner.
