*st, cashier just walked away from register while * of us were in line. No comment, no explanation. She was moving to another register that was just not working. Turns out she assumed that it was fixed when head cashier walked away from it. *nd, made us all move to the other line and rang up order on register that was still not working properly and it would not provide receipt. I asked multiple times ffor her to call a manager. she call the head cashier who NEVER said a word to me. Not i'm sorry, not please wait, nothing. Cashier never said anything, just mumbled under her breathe while she struggled to get the broken register to work. Head cashier came back and reviewed transactions and said it did not go through. They rang the entire order again on another machine. Now the purchase has hit my card twice. Then I get home and I noticed an item I purchased was used and put back on the shelf. Now I have to go back to this store and get one that's not used. OMG so ticked!!!
