I purchased a washer from Lowes Home Center **** South Hampton Rd Dallas Tx *****, * weeks ago* I had a dr office appointment today, on the delivery date, and I tried several times to speak to someone at Receiving at this store...I had to call repeatedly because either no one was available at **: ** am or ** noon or after *:** pm on each day I called, or I was cycled back in the IVR que to reselect the Receiving department to try to speak to someone. When I actually did speak to someone, I was told that rescheduling would put the delivery another week out, to September *, ****, not the day before or the day after the deliverydate, when I would be home, they would not accommodate me in that request.. So I asked, when speaking to an actual person supposedly in Receiving, to please have the delivery driver contact me for an idea on when the delivery would take place* I was told I would be contacted around *:** am today to let me know the * hour window for delivery* I did not receive a phone call, so I called around *:** am, was told that our delivery was on the later delivery truck, and again, delivery driver would call me around **:** am to give * hout delivery window time* I was at the drs office, an hour away from my home, when I received a phone call from the delivery driver, telling me he was on the way to my home to deliver the washer. I had to tell him we were not at home, qnd that we would possibly not get home until afyer * :** pm, depending on traffic, he asked me if I had received a phone call telling me the time window, and I told him no. He advised me to call and have the delivery rescheduled. I had to go in to see the dr at that time, so I was unable to call Lowe's until we returned home at around *:** pm, which was way before my previously estimated time to be back home, I tried calling the delivery man back before I called Lowes , and that number just rings about * times and then a message comes up that the verizon customer is not answering their phone, to try later. So I then called the Lowe's store at that time, and was told that everyone in receiving had left at *:** pm today. I am trying to work with people who are not willing to reschedule as I had indicated earlier, and who seem to ne determined to remain * to * weeks behind in delivering products purchased. I went there in goid fairh, purchased a washer because our old one is not repairable, and I have laundry that needs to be done. I simply want my washer delivered tomorrow, Friday,********* or on Saturday *********, and I want a **% refund back to my account, with also the **.** delivery fee and the **.** old appliance pick up fee both waived.
