*st bad customer service from the start *nd the employee from the start was not even trying to help *rd said it was against store policy to return my items witout a reciept specifically plumbing items *th to many reasons not to return my items *th told me to go to a different lowes and they will help me *th said he didnt want to because the aystem will lock my name in an i wont be able to ever return anything *th reason he said that the supervisor told him not to at that point i was done so walking out i decided to check and see if what he told me about it being store policy was actually true "WHAT A LIAR I FOUND HIM TO BE"so i went back in the store and told him if he can try and return my items because the store policy doesnt say that at allthe face he gave me was like a bullet to my head and he told me again without even trying that the supervisor told him not to "unless he had a ear piece on that the supervisor was talking to him through i dont know how she was telling him" so i told him to call his supervisor while he went an fake called the supervisor the other employee working while he was checking out a tv and a firestick he had delivered there she told me she would have tried to return them but i asked for the supervisor so she couldnt try he came back told me she was coming but it will be a while because she was busy and began to check his stuff out i sat down and waited for about ** minutes and she finally came out so i stood up thinking she was informed about me and to my surprise she knew nothing when i started walking up to the counter she told him to take care of me he answered an said he wants to speak to you she said "about" thats how i knew he didnt even telk her nothing she asked wats wrong i told her and he said out loud its against " corporate policy" when he told me a few minutes ago it was"store policy" she then looked at me and said its against corporate policy couldnt believe it so they did nothing i couldnt return my items because i had no reciept i always throw away my receipts because i intend on keeping what i buy didnt know i would have to return wat i purchased but i found out i couldnt return wharmt i had bought because i threw away the reciept i didnt want anything i just wanted to get a nother item that i did need didnt want a refund store credit nothing simply get something that was similar butthe one i did need tried emailing lowes and havent got a answer and at this point i want to take my issue up to corporate point blank i dont want NOTHING AT ALL. im very sad that they are a company who take consumers money without blinking but when a customer has a issue with what they purchased that they cant do anything about it so if you can send me a number to the top of this chain i will be very thankful because at this point ima make it my business to have something or someone figure out a different way to go about this and the location of the particular lowes is on *th streetvin homestead fl ***** thank you
