To Whom It May Concern. I purchase in March **** a front door and window. After waiting out the * weeks it took for a permit I was excited to finally have the door install. I received a call from Lowe's and was told a new sub-contractor will come out due to the first no longer would do the job. In The first week of July the installer came out and unable to do the job because the measurements for both items were incorrect. I was disappointed but was okay to wait. During the wait period no one was calling me to keep me abreast of a timeline. I had to go to the store and speak with the manager. Finally, on July **th everything was delivered. On August *st the installer came out again. Again the door and window were incorrect , the framing pieces were not up to code, as well as receiving a door & window that were floor models with the prices on them. Again no work done. I went down to the store and spoke again how unprofessionally I have been handle. I was told by the manager he would expedite this manner and have the door & window picked up on August *rd and the work would be done on A Saturday since I had taken off work twice. As of today, Saturday August * at *:** pm, I have not heard from the manager a timeline and the door & frame were not picked up. When I spoke to the manger on Thursday I also told him to make sure his people looked at the contractors paperwork for the correct measurement since what they have on file is incorrect. The store I am dealing with is in Davie, Florida store* ****. March * to August ** * months. My door & window are paid. How are you going to rectify this situation before I decide to cancel the job and have my monies refunded ($****.**).
