The issue in GetHuman-budmcke's own words
I received an email and a phone call telling me that * on-line orders were ready for pickup - I went to the Pine Bluff AR Lowes where I was supposed to pick up the * orders (order*'s ********* and *********) I went to the pickup counter and the attendant sent someone to check on the orders after ** minutes I asked her what the status was and she did not know but called to check, after ** more minutes I asked again and was told that my orders were in a "delivery cage" and no one was at the store that could open it and get them for me. This was after a drive of * hour to the store and at least an hour wait i could not get my orders. So I wasted * to * hours of my day trying to pick up my orders. I was told to check back later and wait on the store not lowes.com to notify me when I could pick up my orders. I recieved * mor emails on April **th that my orders were ready for pickup. I was not able to get to the store until May the *rd. Again a * hour drive to the store. I went to the customer service desk and they sent someone to check on my orders. after another * hour wait they came out with the wrong order. They went back to check and see if they could find my order, then after another hour of waiting I asked to see the manager, she came out and went to check on my orders and came back after a half hour and sad she could not find them. I told her if they found them to ship them to my house or return them if they could not do that. She promised me she would ship them at no cost and give me a discount on the items for my troubles and waiting. Before I got home the Lowes Pine Bluff Manager called and said she had found the items and would ship them to my house and discount my Lowes credit card charges for the items. They put the wrong address on the items and the driver drove an extra *** miles back to the store to get the correct address and then back to my house for delivery. I was very disappointed in the service I received from the Lowe's representatives at the Pine Bluff Store. No one knows what is going on at that store and no one is willing to give you much assistance. I wasted * to * hours of my time drove about *** miles total to try and pick up my items. At my job my time is worth a lot and on my days off it is worth even more to me. So you tell me how much discount * to * hours of waiting and *** miles of unnecessary driving is worth!!
