After we checked out and got home we found out we were charged for something we did not purchase, nor was it in our cart.*My husband called and explained situation to girl in customer service. She said there was no problem and to bring receipt to her. When he did, it seemed to be a different story. The item we were charged for was a large plastic chair. They went over to cashier and a different woman was there. My husband had this deducted from our bill but I have the impression the cashier was not on the up and up. From now on when we go in Lowe’s, we are going to go over our receipt with a fine tooth comb, even if we hold up the line. Or, maybe go to Home Depot. Even though we did get our money my husband felt that they thought he was distrustful. We are from a generation that takes pride in paying their bills .
