I recently signed a contract for installation of a backsplash installation. I accept some responsibility as I was ignorant of the process. I did agree on verbal agreement of the installation date which later was not possible. Also the type of tiles I chose were wrong. I had quartz countertops installed and the tiles I chose were glass. I did not receive any advice from the salesman.*I am not faulting the salesman, who was courteous and easy to deal with.*In fact that goes for the entire team,*as well as the entire store staff.*My issue is l would like to cancel this contract and project. Alternatively, I would like to change the type of tiles and the necessity of woodwork.*The entire process has been trying as there are too many steps ie, estimater, store staff, and installers, which leads to confusion as coordination between each is not necessarily clear.*I have been a Lowe's customer for years and will continue to do so but would like some help with this issue.*I can not speak clearly due to oral cancer and request commcation via text or email.
