I am making complaint in regards to my husband who received his Lowe’s card in November of **** and it is now declined in February ****. I am very disappointed in your company and my husband was very embarrassed walking into Lowe’s and his card was declined. He completed tours of duty. My next mission is to get a lawyer and take this further to social media of how customers are declined for no reason after receiving the Lowe’s credit card. Furthermore, he has applied for a platinum credit card during the same time and the limit was $**** and he received it through another institution. In other words, he has no issues with his credit! This issued needs to be resolved either by re-activating his account or giving him option to pay it off where he can apply for a card at Home Depot.
GetHuman-tyrobert did not yet indicate what Lowe's should do to make this right.
