Purchased stock ordered Levelor blinds back in November. Have had a total of *-* re installs due to the blind being defective (warping, cut uneven, and clicking sound). Spoke with Michelle in the blinds department LeAnne, Val and also have spoken to Matt (manager) and another female manager that I can’t recall her name. This last time after having to call over and over again getting the run around Michelle suggested custom ordering the blinds with Levelor this was back on January *th approximately still to this date everytime I call they say they have a work order and someone should be calling to install but no one has yet to do this. I am beyond dissatisfied with the customer service with Lowe’s and their blind department along with their management department. Initially Michelle told me that the blinds wouldn’t be in until February **th which was over a month of waiting time. I received a call from Lowe’s an automated system telling me that the blinds were in store over two weeks ago but yet no one has contacted me or made any effort to rectify this problem
