On Dec ** ****, I returned a pallet with tile on it to Sanford Lowe's***** S. Horner Blvd*Sanford, NC *****, Store *****. While the gentleman was unloading the pallet with a forklift he put a whole in the bed of my truck with the fork. Management (Tara Kelly) and loss prevention was notified immediately. They took pictures and took my information. Then the manager (Tara Kelly) told me to get an appraisal for Lowe’s to fix it. I was unable to go back to the store for updates because I am in the military currently stationed in South Korea. I received this email from the store manager:**On Dec **, ****, at *:** PM, Duffala, Dan - Daniel ******@***.com* wrote:**Hi William,**This is Dan from Lowe's. I wanted to touch base with you and let you know that the claim has been submitted, and with the holidays among us things are a little slow. I will be following up with this as soon as I hear something new, and I will communicate with Tara on what steps we need to take to make this happen quickly. Thank you for your patience and we will get everything squared away asap!**Dan Duffala*Service Manager*Sanford * ********-***-******I emailed again on * January **** asking if there were any updates. I received this email in response:**On Jan *, ****, at *:** AM, Duffala, Dan - Daniel ******@***.com* wrote:**Hey Will,**I have no new information to report as of now on your claim other than it has been submitted by Tara and she has been checking up on it. With that being said, I am the middle man and have copied her in this email as well. I will have her reach out to you as soon as something updates.
