Hey guys. My name is Shane Tullos. I shop(ed) at your Flowood, MS store where I purchased windows from you in October as well as about $**,*** in materials and appliances since, in which have been a total debacle. Still haven’t had windows installed. I was told when they arrived I would be a priority and moved to the first of the install like. This was after the first attemp where the installers broke one and mid measured *, and completely ordered the wrong window on a *th. So out of **, we missed nearly half. * sets of blinds were ruined, and a curtain has never been found. The caulk*sealer has fallen out of most of windows that were actually installed. I’ve paid a company to haul off the old windows after they were left in the front tlyard and the city filed a complaint. Darrell, the sales rep who essentially harrassed me for three days for a check or check number, has been useless since that day. No returned calls, checking in, follow ups, apologies. Nothing. I hate he got commission from me. I guess October’s commissions doesn’t benefit him now so he’s on to swindle the next unsuspecting client. This experience has been beyond a disappointment and the biggest head ache of incompetence I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not sure what the plan is next or if I’ll ever get these windows in, but I think I would rather return the product and cancel the entire process than to have to pay nearly $*,***.** for this. It simply isn’t worth it. I’ve spoke to every manager available and they simply patch this problem up until the boat leaks again. I have a hard time believing this is your common business practice orbim certain you would no longer be operating. The Lowe’s store is aware of everything I’ve told you. There’s just no proactive action plan. Everything is a reaction. I’ve spent my entire winter and weekends in that store dealing with this. And at the end of the day, I’m still without my windows. It’s held up progress. I’ve gutted this home and completely remodeled it since these windows were ordered. The turnaround time is * months longer than I was told, the install crew, I was told would leave here sand “I’d never know they were here.” I was told old windows were hauled off. I hope something can be done and I somehow hope for your sake, that Darrell learns how to be a sales rep and service accounts and communicate with customers like a decent human being. Your cashiers don’t make enough to deal with those issues and they’ve been on the frontline through all of this due to the reps * month disappearing act.. So kudos to them.
