I went to pick up a preordered, prepaid item. I went to the pick up desk. There was only * person working there with a complicated issue. I went to customer service twice where there were a couple of employees just talking and asked for help. They said they couldn’t. I waited for over ** min. Finally a store employee came by, asked if I had been helped, and checked me out in no time. Trying to save time by doing the store pick up ended up costing me time and frustration. Yesterday I picked up something at Home Depot and there were * people at the pick up desk. I was helped promptly and got out right away. I was unhappy not only with the delay but also the way the employees at customer service treated me.
GetHuman-jhydesmi did not yet indicate what Lowe's should do to make this right.
