On November 3rd, I placed an order for a GE 21.3 freezer under item # [redacted] with order # [redacted]56 for $[redacted].15, with a scheduled delivery for November 24th. However, after 15 days, I received an email stating that the order was not processed. I contacted the Millington store four times and spoke with Jeff in customer service. He arranged for a same-day delivery after 5:30 pm. Despite this, I later received a call from the local Millington TN store from extension [redacted], stating they were coming at 8 am, which clashed with my out-of-town plans. They also mentioned they wouldn't deliver after 5 pm, which was inconsistent. I have faced various issues with this store, including my dishwasher and dryer. I am disappointed in the lack of communication and customer focus. I intend to take my future business elsewhere, even if it means traveling further. It's essential to improve the store's customer service or make necessary changes.

Lowes project [redacted], Schofield's Kitchen, has been a frustrating experience from the start. My cabinets arrived on 11 Sep, but the preconstruction meeting didn't happen until 20 Sep. After starting work on my kitchen on 24 Sep, the BKRU workers were let go on 26 Sep due to poor planning, causing several cabinets to need reordering, delaying the project by another 5 weeks. Originally slated for completion around 4 Nov, a misstep in the counter template on 19 Oct led to a necessary change order as my requested bullnose edges were not included. Lack of communication about delays added to the struggle. Replacement cabinets only arrived on 1 Nov, and as of 5 Nov, the crown molding installation was problematic, not sitting flush with the ceiling. To address the issue, I personally found a solution by using Quarter Round to conceal gaps. Despite assurances, work is still incomplete as of 19 Nov, leaving me dissatisfied and unable to use my dishwasher for Thanksgiving.

I visited Lowes in Martinsburg, WV this morning to purchase the Pennington Harvest Deluxe 10 lb. bird seed as advertised on your website for $3.24. Despite the website showing 5 bags in stock, the garden staff informed me that National Audubon had replaced the Pennington brand. They suggested I buy the substitute for the same price. At the checkout, the cashier mentioned a discrepancy in item numbers and called the manager, who explained they couldn't honor the sale price. The cashier denied responsibility, stating the corporate office manages the inventory. This miscommunication led to inconvenience as I traveled from Hagerstown, MD to Martinsburg based on the website information. The inconsistency in-store contradicts the online details, which should be rectified for accurate advertising. As a loyal Lowe's customer who regularly purchases bird seed, I am disappointed by this experience and may consider shopping elsewhere if these issues persist. It is already 9:03pm, and I have not received any communication regarding the delivery. I contacted XPO Tracking at 8:51pm, and they mentioned we are on the list, but the delivery might not make it by the 9pm deadline. I attempted to reach out to the store but received a closure message at 8:54pm. When I called the ProServices number, I was transferred and then disconnected. Delays are understandable, but the lack of communication and customer service is disappointing. I will need to reschedule and rearrange my plans again. I purchased an oven range from the Lowes Burbank store in April for a home renovation in CA. I rented the property out for the first time, and the brand-new oven is faulty and hasn't been used. The gas company confirmed the issue is with the stove. I need to replace it quickly so my tenants can use their new kitchen. My name is Brandon, and I operate a custom woodworking business. Approximately two months ago, I invested in a Porter Cable jointer, Kobalt router table, and a Porter Cable band saw. Upon assembling them, I discovered the band saw does not meet my resawing needs of at least 6 inches, even though I was assured it would. I am considering returning the unstable router table and exchanging the jointer, which has similar issues. Frank at the Lowe's on AZ Ave is exceptionally helpful, but without his guidance, the knowledge of other staff members seems lacking. During a recent visit to the Lowe's on Queen Creek & Higley, the customer service woman seemed bothered by my inquiries. She denied my request to use my dad's store credit and discouraged me from exchanging tools by suggesting I should buy more instead. I have been a loyal customer at Lowe's, especially with significant purchases, and encounters like this are disappointing. We recently bought a range and microwave for around $[redacted] at Lowe's. When we visited the store, we found several sales associates who didn't acknowledge us even after waiting for half an hour. Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Kobalt Impact Gloves in size Medium from my local store. Unfortunately, after having them for less than an hour, the fingers ripped. When I tried to return them, the store refused and directed me to contact customer service. I work in loading windows, so this experience was frustrating. I purchased an electric fireplace online expecting it on Nov 30, but the delivery date changed twice without notification. Finally arriving on Dec 16, the box was damaged with footprints on top. In the laundry alcove where our washer and dryer have been for 15 years, the installation process was a total disaster. The technicians mistakenly installed the washer first instead of the gas dryer, causing a slew of issues. They didn't have the necessary tools, made a mess of the water lines, and mishandled the installation, leaving both appliances out of place and unfinished. I had to leave work early to correct their errors, buy additional materials, and complete the installation myself. It's shocking that these technicians lack basic knowledge about gas and electric dryers, bringing into question their competency and the company's quality of service. I was searching for a Shark Ion Rocket vacuum, model number IR101, at the Boardman Ohio location, but it was not available.
