Hello, we placed an order with Telge from the Staten Island Lowe’s on during the beginning of August and the installer came around ***-**** to do a final measurement for * new windows. *My order number is: **********We were approved to a line of credit to pay for the windows. According to the contract, the installation was to be completed in * weeks from that date. **We received a phone call on **** with a delivery date for my windows. I expressed to my salesman that I was disappointed and he told me that we could not cancel the project even though because of Lowe’s fault, we were past the * week completion time. I also explained that I had a few expensive home improvement project that had to be delayed and*or cancelled because of this. **My * windows were finally deliver on **** for a **** install. When the installers came, they told me that Lowe’s send the wrong windows. This was now ** weeks since signing the contract. **I was told by my salesman to contact Laquishaina *Bowens at (***) ***-***** to see what could be done. She was very good and set up a new install date of *****, which would bring the wait time to ** weeks. **I received a call from the installer on **** telling me that my windows STILL aren’t ready. I texted my salesman and he said he couldn’t help. I contacted customer service and they told me that a store sales manager would be able to refund my money. I’ve call Ms. Bowens almost ** times and have not received a phone call back. I called Lowe’s corporate complaints on **** and they GUARANTEED a call back within ** hours. **What’s more insulting and infuriating is that I’ve made payments to my Lowe’s credit card for windows that I don’t have and are not installed. **I sent a complaint to the better business bureau as well. What your company is doing is beyond unprofessional and unfair. I’ll be taking legal action this week as well.
