I am retired ** year old women on a fixed income and purchased a dishwasher machine from your store and on the advice of salesman I also purchased a protection plan for * years. Well I have now had the washer about * years and it started having issues so I called and requested service they came out and supposedly fixed it and then two weeks later it again went out so the serviceman came back out and said he needed to order parts and would contact me in a couple day when they come in to finish the job. I have now been without a dishwasher going on two weeks now and I feel I getting the run around. First all contact has had to be initiated by me as they have never called me. I called after a week and was told that they having an issue getting parts and they were going to go to the manufacturer and would call back. So now after another week I called again and this time I was told they had parts on back order and I mention they told last time they were going to contact the manufacturer and this time the representative told they never do that. I question them about this and then they got rude and said well I don't what your talking about basically called me lair and then told them I was going to escalate this and their response was well do what ever you want. So here I set with a broken dishwasher parts laying around and really beside myself what I should do, I have purchased all my major appliances from Lowe's and this has really upset that I have been taken as my Refrigerator also has a protection plan I purchased if this is what I can expect from Lowe's for service I am rethinking any future purchases. from Lowe's.
