Help with my Lowe's issue

I was at lowes in Saint Clair PA on Saturday around **** to purchased items for a job. I bought paint and some cleaning materials. Later I realized something wasnt right because I spent too much for the amount of items I had. I checked my receipt and found two items that I did not purchase for a little over $** total. I called the store before they were about to close. I was asked to come in the next day and that they would check the cameras and refund me. The following day I returned and went to customer service and tried to explain everything but the lady at the desk was rolling her eyes at me and called for her manager and didn't explain anything the way I told her. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me when I was talking. When the manager came she said she couldn't refund me until someone checked the cameras and promised I'd get a call the same day and money refunded to my credit card but said it might take a few days which I dont understand. No ones called me! I bought a few rags and got charged for a * pound bag of rags and a cabinet kit or something I didn't buy. The day I bought the items The lady at the register yelled at one of my workers when he went to grab my items and she said they weren't scanned yet and seemed very agitated so she started manually punching codes in the computer and then rang me up. *On my way out of the store I felt humiliated by the treatment I was giving and still didn't get my money back. In the parking lot I saw my father in law waiting on a pallet of concrete he was going to load in his truck. Because of him being old I said let me go in and see if I van get some help. I went in and the same cashier asked if she could help me and I told her my father in law needs help loading concrete. She flailed her arms at me and raised her voice saying we only have one guy today in front of customers who were shaking their heads. This was really unperfesional for the lady at customer service, management and the cashier. May I please have my money back?
