I am writing this because I (we) are long time Lowes customers from anything to nuts and screws to HVAC units. Over the vast years we have had little or no issues with anything we have ever purchased from Lowes until this past weekend. We own a lake home on Lake Wateree just outside of Camden, SC. We decided to go to Lowes and purchase your Ironcraft black aluminum fencing. We purchased (*) *' sections, * gate and (*) end posts and * other post. The overall quality was fair and that is where it all stops. (*) the sections do not fit the posts. The holes on the posts are not even close to where they are supposed to be to fit like your YouTube video shows. The fence sections were missing the screws so we had to scrounge around and buy screws. (*) the gate was missing the locking mechanism so we had to buy a new smaller locking mechanism so we could lock the gate. (BTW: the two women who were working the garden area that day (Lowes Camden ******) were GREAT and very helpful) I am very mechanical and do quite a bit of home and yard remodeling and these items are a joke!!! We had to literally bend and re-shape the ends on the fencing sections and re-cut the holes on the posts and then HAMMER the fence sections into the posts (didn't need the screws) We still have a small area yet to finish and we are extremely hesitant to use Lowes Ironcraft fencing due to the extremely poor quality described above. Please look into this to avoid some one else having these same issues. This is far below the Lowes quality we have come to expect over the years. We do not want any money back as the fence and gate look great now but there were many, many cuss words spent re-engineering what we had purchased.
